With the current situation, we know you have questions. We wanted to answer a few here, for you.
The health of our community of stylists and clients is our focus and top priority. We are monitoring the situation closely and strongly encouraging stylists to follow CDC recommendations for COVID-19 by practicing social distancing and frequent hand-washing, sanitizing, etc. We are also very aware that our community, and small business owners, are being deeply affected.
At this time, in our efforts to stop the spread of Coronavirus, we have implemented a change in our store/salon policy. All customers wishing to shop or obtain salon services must make an appointment. Upon entering our facility you will be required to answer a few safety questions, along with having your temperature checked using a touch-less infrared thermometer. In order to receive treatments, such as facials, makeup applications, etc. you may be required to sign a waiver. We now offer curbside pickup, and same day home delivery.
