The health of our community of stylists and clients is our focus and top priority. We are monitoring the situation closely and strongly encouraging stylists to follow CDC recommendations for COVID-19 by practicing social distancing and frequent hand-washing, sanitizing, etc. We are also very aware that our community, and small business owners, are being deeply affected.
At this time, in our efforts to stop the spread of Coronavirus, we have implemented a change in our store/salon policy. All customers wishing to shop or obtain salon services must make an appointment. Upon entering our facility you will be required to answer a few safety questions, along with having your temperature checked using a touch-less infrared thermometer. In order to receive treatments, such as facials, makeup applications, etc. you may be required to sign a waiver. We now offer curbside pickup, and same day home delivery. What should I do if I’m not feeling well?
If you have an already scheduled appointment, please contact us at 866-404-2627 to let us know so that we can reschedule your appointment for a later date. You also have the option of canceling your services.
What if my stylist cancels the appointment?
If your appointment is canceled because a stylist is ill, unavailable, or in an area where it is not safe to take appointments, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email or contact us at 866-404-2627.
What if I want to wait to schedule my appointment for a later date?
