COVID Shipping Update

We're open and accepting orders! The health and well-being of our customers, employees and community is of the utmost importance to us. Due to modified operations put in place to help protect those working at Tangle Me and possible delays with our shipping carriers, you can expect a delay in receiving your order. Delivery is expected within 4-10 business days of order placement. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible. 

Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes. APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories. 


Here's how it works:
  1. You place your order online.
  2. The selected store receives your order.
  3. Your merchandise is selected from the store's current inventory and prepared for pick up.
  4. We contact you when it's ready and notify you if anything changes.
  5. You pick up your order, no shipping fee incurred!

Who can pick up the order?
The person who placed the order online is the primary pick-up person. However, if you believe that you may not be able to pick up the order, you can designate an alternate pick-up person during checkout. These are the only two people who can pick up the order in store. A valid government-issued ID is required to pick up the order. 

What do I do if I don't get a pick up email?
You can visit My Account to view the order status or call Customer Service at 1-866-404-2627 .We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When will my order be ready?
If your order is placed by 6pm in your local time zone, it will be ready for pick up that day.  You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?
The store will hold your order for seven (7) days.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring a copy of your "Order is Ready for Pick Up" email with barcode and a valid government-issued ID such as:
  • Driver's license
  • Passport
  • Military ID
Please note: Your ID may be swiped at the register. This is done to verify and protect your information.

Where do I go to pick up my order?
Pick up locations vary by store. Instructions with a precise location will be included in your pick up notification email.
